Ordered mango chicken and went to bite into and the chicken was so pink inside I couldn’t eat it - was really looking forward to my meal but was really disappointed

App said it would take 25-35 minutes, watching the progress it took over an hour and 10 minutes from payment for the food to leave the restaurant. The delivery driver got it here within 5 minutes of leaving the store so he was fine. 3rd time ordering now and restaurant takes ages to cook. Last time I cancelled my order after waiting almost an hour and the food still said it was waiting to be cooked and the manager called me to yell at me. Im always patient but it’s every single time.

Hi Jacinta, Sorry to hear that. But as you aware this is not controlled by restaurant it’s every thing comtroll by menulog. I just explain you process of the order. Once we received the order and when menulog find the delivery driver then menulog said to us to start to cook your order until they not give us any confirmation we can’t cook your meal. We ready every customers food in 10 minutes time bcoz they give us just only 10 minutes time to cook. So every time your order getting delay bcoz of menulog not find the delivery driver. Not delay by restaurant. I hope your understand the processing the order. Thank you

Food was great, only downside was I ordered garlic naan and I got regular naan but besides that it solved my craving
