My food wasn’t delivered and I waited 3hours as they couldn’t find a driver. So I ended up driving myself to a different sushi restaurant

Ordered at 11:18am. The estimated collection time was 11:40am. At 11:40am, it showed in the app as ready for collection. Arrived at restaurant at 11:55am, the order has not yet been done. Waited for another 15mins. Finally received the order at 12:10pm.
