I placed my order at 5:52pm, by 6:57pm I rang the restaurant and they told me my food had been cooked by 6:38pm and was ready to be picked up. They couldn’t see a driver had been assigned on their end, I directly messaged Menulog who told me to wait. I waited until 7:30pm and once again rung the restaurant, no driver had been assigned yet. By 7:48pm I myself drove to the restaurant to collect my own dinner. Which was cold and disgusting and I had to throw it out!! I want a refund!!!!
