Waited 45mins for a Vietnamese Roll order. Ordered through the app, went in to collect, the restaurant was quite busy, 2 staff members on, lady behind the counter did not acknowledge me for 15mins- although I had notification my food was ready it was impossible to get eye contact or acknowledgement - was completely ignored- the whole time my roll was sitting there ready for me near the counter (room temperature) not in the chiller. The crispy chicken wasn’t crispy and tasted old, missies order
