We ordered at 10.04am with delivery expected at 10.40-11am. Then the delivery time just kept getting pushed back so it was always 10mins away. At 11.15am I called the restaurant to follow up on the order ... being a Tuesday morning I don't imagine it's their busiest day so wanted to find out why there was a delay. The people at the restaurant seemed to have no idea where the food was. At first (after telling two different people the order number and details) I was told the food was there ready and just waiting for the driver. I told them the app said the driver had been there for over 30mins. They then told me the food left them at 10.20am and must just be the driver driving around with it but they couldn't tell because they can't track the driver. The food was delivered at 11.25am.
