Ordered a special occasion donut but received the complete opposite of my order. So contacted them directly but being told Due to they are so busy and no product, it was a birthday donut to be given just to cut to the momentum. So they replaced it without informing us on the delivery. No refund and a laughing phone call to apologise. I expect a refund.
