Friday 01 December 2023What a terrible experience. Ordered at 8.30 with estimated 9.15 arrival. Got here around 10.30. No number to call the restaurant on. Menulog chat comms did not assist at all and added to the frustration if anything. Delivery guy apologised (not his fault anyway) about there being an issue with another order. For the food itself, while being cold on arrival, was pretty OK - everything leading up to it was pretty hopeless and frustrating.
