Sunday 29 January 2023Ordered on 28/01/23, but have only now just realised on 29/01 that one of my items is missing. Wish I'd noticed yesterday. Checked my bank account, assuming the missing item would have been refunded, but no refund. I didn't even get a replacement item of similar quality/value to make up for the missing item, assuming it may have been out of stock
