Ordered extra cheese, got none, special sauce, garlic yoghurt, sour cream, got none at all. Super disappointed, long time regular customers.

Hi Judy, Sorry to hear your experience, however this order has been checked from our cameras, also we remember well making this order last night. We put the add ons on one plate with cheese and mushroom as well as lettuce, on the other plate we added cheese and beetroot as add ons with lettuce, as you mentioned “no tomato or onions” we did not put them. All the requested sauces have also been added. As you may see and have had experience from us before, we are almost 100% with the orders as we always check at least 2-3 times before we lock any orders. I assume this helps and also not sure if the driver handed in the right order, that’s something we cannot control after they leave the store. Hope to see you again, Have a great weekend.
