when 50% of order cannot be provided when out of stock, YOU SHOULD CONTACT CUSTOMER before taking the money and saying you'll get a refund in 5 days. YOU SHOULD UPDATE SITE TO SAY UNAVAILABLE! The cake was not nice at all. There was more cream and jam than there was cake and the sugar in the cream was not dissolved. Extremely unpleasant experience. Will never order again.

Delivery man ignored instructions to ring bell and wait because I am disabled and can’t go outside. He didn’t even knock. He dropped it and left. All your delivery people ignore the instructions.

This review is not based on the restaurant. The driver picked up the food and a 5 min drive took him 40 mins. He didn’t update the app to say it was being delivered and made it look like the restaurant delayed. This bakery makes excellent food but my review is to point out the shi*ty drivers who are hired by menu log.
