35mins late. Turned his GPS off at another Restaurant. To busy taking another delivery while they already have one. Now I've got cold food. Not good enough

Food was marked as collected. Driver went opposite way from our house. I estimate 5km in the opposite direction. By the time we got it it was well on the way to being cold.

Bad. Fraudulent. We have just ordered off menu log. Says delivered. Fasta Pasta don’t want to know. Hungry house. No help from fasta pasta or Menulog for our missing order.

Not happy with order. Tried contacting assistant without a response. The food I got was ok, what I expected. It just wasn't all there.

Olive pizza bread was cold as stone and had barely any topping. Looked absolutely nothing like the menu picture.Called restaurant and was told call Menulog. Menulog refused to refund that item even though I had to throw it all away as it was inedible. Called restaurant back and was told there is nothing they can do. Won’t be using Menulog or Fasta pasta again. Would not recommend
