Absolutely disgusting old and cold chips. Dim sums were stone cold and the potato cakes and fish are stone cold. I have no idea how your fish and chip shop has such a high rating. The entire meal is disgusting and has been thrown in the bun because I’d rather eat a sandwich. I will never ever order from you again! DISGUSTING QUALITY FOR $40 FISH AND CHIPS!!!!

So sorry to hear that, the food always ready after driver comes, the only reason the food gets cold is because the driver has different platform like Uber eats or DoorDash, and trust me they always put Menulog’s order to last.

The food was cold. No map to read for delivery so didn't know the food had been delivered. Why can't they ring the doorbell??? My son came home and found the bag outside. Also no free drink for order over $30???

So sorry to hear that, we gave the food to the driver when the food just ready. I pretty sure the driver also has the order from other platforms like Uber eats or DoorDash and that’s why the food was cold. And also we only apply free drinks for order over $50, the $30 free drinks promotion is over.
