The Brown Rice was hard, couldn’t eat it. Actually it was pretty terrible. The meal in general wasn’t up to standard as I always order this bowl. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed and left a bit hungry.

I paid for an upgrade to the large size and the bowl arrive almost half full/ half empty. So disappointing especially compared to the pictures shown when ordering.

Menulog took 1 hour to find someone to deliver it, BUT, bloke who delivered it was super fast and fantastic. Phenomenal guy, needs to be on a top tier wage.

i made a note of no onion, spring onion, shallot, crispy shallot or garlic bcos i can't eat it. I also checked at pick up but the lemon chicken bowls has spring onion/shallot in it so i cant eat my meal & there's no number to ring. Not happy.

Very annoyed and disappointed, I ordered this catering (in the morning) to be delivered at 1.15pm and it didn’t arrive until 2.17pm. Menulog is in breach of consumer law as I stated this catering was for a doctors meeting to be delivered no later than 1.45pm.
