Kebab meat quality was average, but chips were a little soggy despite being fresh. Good ratio of meat to chips, generous portion. Picked up the order, but had to wait another 10 minutes past the Menulog Order Ready time.

The estimated delivery time was way off, stating 45 minutes to 1 hour. I waited over two hours for the meal to arrive. When it arrived, the driver told me that when he arrived at the restaurant, they hadn't even started to prepare the food and he had to wait for it. They even asked him if he wanted to cancel the order. I had tried to call the store after about two hours but they didn't even answer the phone. The message said "this is a home number." After two hours, the app never showed they had started to prepare the food. I was never able to track the driver. It only showed they had received the order. What happened here?
