food is delicious! temp was slightly cooler but that's a given with delivery - despite this, everything was packaged great and very tasty. gami's quality is consistently good from my experience, chips and chicken coating remain a lovely crispy texture even during transit

I received a phone call from this establishment asking me to find out where the delivery driver was. The app clearly showed that the delivery person wasn't supposed to collect the order for another 5 minutes. The restaurant then told me that they had cooked my food 20 minutes earlier. long story short, I was delivered less than fresh food, which ironically would have been absolutely amazing if it was fresh and hot. Instead they chose to send it not at it's best. disappointed

Absolutely delicious! I've now eaten at 2 different Gami Chicken restaurants, and both times the food quality has been great. The Honey Butter Garlic Chicken serving size was enough for a smaller mains, but tasted wonderful, the Gami Chips were soft on the inside, and crunchy on the outside, and the Gami Hotteok was soft and chewy, flavourful and tasted great. The price was fairly expensive for what you got, but it is representative of the quality.

Over an hour wait. A driver was assigned shortly but the driver did not go to the restaurant in over an hour. No updates were provided until after I had to call the restaurant and contacted the terrible customer service chat line. Food quality was probably directly affected by the driver, the long wait, and the inefficient driving route he took. Very unhappy with the whole menulog experience received.
