Delivery never happened!! Delayed by an hour chat representative didn’t help. At the end of chat I don’t know why the order was put as delivered on the order status without delivering.

Portion sizing has gone way down. Both the box of chicken and the bowl of rice were about 1/2 full. Much less than when I've ordered previously.

This delivery person started scolding me for not mentioning the Unit number (apparently) and started educating me on it instead of politely asking for my unit number. He is saying I will leave a note. I was fearing further aggression from him. My delivery instruction was clear: Leave it by my door. If he doesnt understand where to go, why doesnt he respectfully ask over the phone instead of assuming stuff. In my earlier orders, both the delivery person could figure out easily where the unit was. I wonder why. this is the sort of stellar service I got despite paying more than 70$ over the food!

They ask me to choose side sauce or marinate, but the 2nd question doesn’t have side sauce. So I though if I choose side sauce on the first, they’d understand I want my sauce on the side, but they coat it anyway
