the cafe got my order wrong, scrambled eggs instead of poached, I had added bacon to my order and no bacon in order even though they charged for it

Coffees and drinks were lovely but the food was hard and unappealing. Ordered an almond croissant and was given a plain croissant that was so toasted it was half burnt.
