Remind me not to get chips again - very soggy and mostly cold Haloumi on the salad also cold

Hi Debbie Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback, we greatly appreciate it. We apologise that you found the chips arrived cold and soggy. We will look into your order from time of prep to delivery and see why this would have occurred. It could be a number of factors from packaging to delivery distance and whether a heat bag was utilised during Mlog delivery. We will see how we can improve the outcome when such factors come into play. With regards to the halloumi salad and the halloumi being cold; we use fresh produce for the salad that is refrigerated ie salad leaves, tomato’s etc. The entire Greek salad is a cold product. Unfortunately, halloumi cannot retain heat once added to a cold salad. We will look into creating an option for customers on the menu so the halloumi can be packed separately to the salad and the customer can add it as they wish. Thank you for bringing this customer preference to our attention, if we weren’t made aware of this by you then we wouldn’t know. We will use the feedback to improve the customer experience of yours and others. Again, we apologise and we truly appreciate your feedback and we will look at implementing changes and turning your next order into 5 stars

Meats not the best quality, don’t purchase expecting spit meat. They skimp out on fillings. Not really worth the money overall.

Hi Yairgutman, thanks for taking time out to leave us a review. It’s unfortunate that you felt that we skimped on fillings and that you assume we don’t use quality meat. We use fresh, lean, quality cuts of meats, fresh produce daily and we use unprocessed meat. The majority of our customer base is aware that we marinade our meat ourselves and we cook fresh to order over charcoal and do not leave meat out all day cooking on a spit. This is evident if you visit our store in person. This is how we have made ourselves unique and a sought after store to buy amazing modern Greek food from. We pride ourselves on providing fresh, premium and quality ingredients including non GMO. We have exceptional reviews and feedback and especially the fact that we DO NOT skimp on meat or fillings. We are always happy to add extra if anyone would like but we really only ever have the infrequent request for more sauce to be added . You get EXTRA value for money at our store given todays economy and we don’t use chips as a filler in place of meat. People come into the store and watch us make our food and are always telling us there’s so much in there! Be mindful that ordering through third party delivery apps that 30-40% is taken for their fees so you are paying more yet we still don’t skimp. I hope I was able to give you some more insight about our food 🙂
