I ordered my food at 1 pm and it arrived at 3:25. COLD. I did not pay for this service and cold food. I chatted to two people via the chat with us now. I am not happy. Food arrived cold and the driver was waiting in the same spot once it was picked up for ages and he was no where near my destination as the time kept increasing. it wasn't until I chatted to someone online and that they said they have notified that driver of this issue. - that was when the driver actually moved and only took him him a few min to arrive to me driver was also in a car when it said he was on a bike. you should ask Grilled PAC fair when they had the food ready by. I do not blame grilled. I blame the driver. I would like a refund on this order, not a credit, a refund

Order was two hours late! Arrived cold and unable to eat. No customer service help. Meal was made for collect at 5.58pm as docket on meal states did not receive till 8.12pm! Disgraceful will never use Menulog again as customer service team could not help me when messaged
