Nearly two hours from order time. The food turned up cold and I watched as the driver went 15mins away from my house once it said it was on its way. I’m no longer a Menulog customer after this experience

my food came completely cold. the restaurant i ordered from is only 10 minutes from my house but the driver was going in the completely wrong direction to me and took 28 minutes instead to come to me. I am very frustrated and annoyed. And now after waiting for so long my food is freezing cold.
