Should be 0 stars. Whilst they might be busy, they entirely missed two items. Contacted the store and they said it wasn’t their problem and that MenuLog had to process the refund. They said I could come down and collect the tacos in person if I wanted them. Poor service and lack of understanding for customers that have spent over $100. MenuLog did their job of delivering, the store should have done their job of providing the food on the docket.

My food was not delivered to 24 Whittaker Terrace at all - even though in app it said that it was.

Our order was marked as delivered and it was not. I made sure there was very specific instructions about what entrance to present at however this was ignored

Delivery driver didn’t knock on the door when delivering the food, nor did I receive a message that my food was delivered so it sat on my doorstep for 15 minutes before I opened my web browser to check if they updated the delivery time, only to see that it was delivered 15 minutes prior. The food was obviously cold when I grabbed it. A disappointing experience. The food cost $66 and it stone cold now.
