my order was never delivered to my home. I tried the chat bot, didn't work. the courier said they had delivered my food. didn't even come to home at all. but it appeared on the app as delivered.........?nnn̈nnnnnn̈. How can the person mark it down on the app as delivered when they didn't even drop the food at a home or put the food at a house............ How can I get a refund for my order or get in contact with someone about it. the chat bot is hopeless & not helpful at all.....................

I ordered 1 enchilada on a Tuesday and it took more than 2 hours to be delivered. The meal was cold and so much for ordering extra meat there was only two peices a meat in the whole thing and the meal was sloppy. It makes you wonder about food safety practices.
