I ordered at 7.07pm, received an email stating delivery would be 7.37pm, and my very COLD meal arrived at 9.24pm. One dish gad been substituted by the restaurant.

Food was great. Delivery was late, then wrong persons order. There was 1 item delivered (not what I ordered). The delivery was meant to be $130 worth of food. Restaurant delivered the right food later.

Asked for 6:30 delivery, as I needed to leave by 7. 6:45 rolls around and driver hasn't even begun to drive to the restaurant. Have to help instruct brother with disabilities to pick up the food and put it in oven and fridge. Don't even get to eat meal which I paid over $80 for. Delivery time wasn't even close. I'd like either some compensation or I'm not ordering from Menulog again.
