My wine was handed to me as two bottles, without a Menulog bag or even a plastic bag. This is not contact free delivery. I phoned the bottle shop to complain and the woman hung up on me before I could even make a complaint. As well as this the tracking didn't work. The driver arrived at my home while the tracking said that he hadn't even arrived at the bottle shop yet. I recommend that you dump this bottle shop. The woman on tonight could barely even speak English and the driver should have known better than to deliver two bottles of wine without a bag. I think that it's actually against the law. He needs to be reprimanded.
