Great Quality Pizza's. Courier friendly and made sure to go to great lengths to actually deliver personally to my room.

Driver was assigned and I watched them approach my place and go past. The returned to the restaurant and eventually delivered my order. The pizza was not as good as usual. It was thrown together. The driver said the restaurant was not coping with orders. I ordered around 9pm and delivery was 10:45pm

The order showed delivered, no trace of the the order and be AWARE you cannot contact the driver. The customer service won't be able to contact the driver and after 3 hours on the app and the phone I gave up. Stupidity at max level

1 hour 54 minute wait for a Friday night dinner is diabolical when the restaurant is a 10 minute drive away. the delivery time kept getting pushed back with no explanation why. At least provide an option to cancel the order with a full refund when the wait is so long for whatever reason. Food was cold and tasteless, will not be using Menulog again.

For such good rating the toppings were sad… hardly any for 30 bucks. I’m disappointed to be honest as I was looking forward.
