We ordered our food we were on the “we are preparing your order page” for around 2hour and 45 minutes in that time we tried to get in contact with KFC which we did and it wasn’t their fault only the drivers which wasn’t responding not that we could get into contact with them anyways we went to the KFC and asked for our food they were so generous and remade our food and gave us extra chips for the unconvinced the mangers name was Emily she was wonderful.
