I only recieved part of my order and the bottom of the box my food was in was wet that my food fell out when I picked up the box.

The quality was absolutely beyond awful. The delivery time was way too long, which was so disappointing and thus contributing the poor quality of the food. There was no receipt found in the bag, either. The chips was totally smashed and almost inedible. Everything was cold. I would really appreciate if you could please investigate this poor service and get back to me in writing. Awaiting your reply. Regards Hiroko

most of my order is missing, instead of the 4 large chips i should have received in my order, I was sent 2 small chips, a whole meal is missing as well, I spent $80 something dollars on an order that hasn't come, can places please start READING ORDERS PROPERLY AND ACTUALLY MAKE THEM CORRECTLY at the ridiculous price we pay for the delivery they could at least be done CORRECTLY, this isn't a one off incident, it happens all the time with app and places

Disappointing that we had to organise a reorder after the original order was not delivered. It was two hours from the original order when we finally got order. I do appreciate the help that was received.
