incorrect items delivered. Spoke to the restaurant and they confirmed that we have received the incorrect item which was intended for the next delivery. Food was also cold.

The 2nd driver had told me that my order was held up because the first driver couldn't come here that is why my food was held up. My food was cold very late and I am so unhappy with the service.

15 pieces of overcooked dry chicken, very very disappointing. The outside was borderline burnt, the chips however were the opposite undercooked and cold.
