Too slow and when it arrived the chips were stone cold as were the burgers. Driver went long way to deliver. Took over an hours to get our food.

Terrible experience. Wouldn’t have ordered if I was aware of the true ETA. Very poor help from the customer service chat with responses that sound AI generated. The app needs a lot of improvement in all areas. When I finally decided I would drive to the store to purchase myself (defeating the purpose of a food delivery app), I was refused a refund by Menulog. Will be sticking with UberEats in the future.

the food was stone cold and i instructed driver to return it to the restaurant i also spoke to restaurant and they informed me that driver arived at the restaurant and then left without the order and they had to wait an hour for another driver to arrive
