On KFC site the meal was $3 cheaper. The Delivery Charge was $8 plus compulsory minimum tip of $2. So $13 extra on a meal costing $14.45 if I bought direct from KFC

Boxes of chicken where squashed , wings missing from order & no sauce which I ordered , courier took the long route

Originally the order was meant to arrive 6.20-6.50pm. Then it changed to 7.20-8pm. Tried to get a refund as it was too long a wait but couldn’t as it said that the restaurant has already prepared our meal. Eventually when the meal arrived it was cold.
