Absolutely disgusting food. The worst KFC I have ever received via a delivery app/service. Everything was cold and soggy and absolutely underwhelming.

The food was left outside. I specified that I would like to be call when the delivery is here. The food stay outside for 25min. Now everything is cold.

The meal was actually 25mins late -- even though the order was placed for 12:00pm at 10:45am. And if the tracking was accurate, the meal was ready and sat in the shop for around 30mins. As a result, the meal was lukewarm and the chips soggy.
