I don’t know how late it was,As the driver/delivery person did not knock on door or give any indication food was delivered ..not the first time either

delivery was quick but the driver did not read my instructions for delivery, I asked for them to ring the bell and leave food on a table they did neither just left it on the floor in front of the door, makes it hard to open the door when they do this.

Good evening, it’s such a disappointment having food delivered 2.5 hours late. It was ordered to break the fast. It is all cold now and our guests have already left.We practically don’t need it anymore.We checked with the restaurant who confirmed that the food was ready for delivery at 6.38 pm. I was chatting with menulog at the app and they were rude enough to leave the chat without positive response. I think Menulog doesn’t deserve to be paid for this order. Kindly refund my money back.
