4 orders out of 5... no drink.. Bag was stapled on arival, wasnt staple the last few times. Been told by the restaurant that the driver forgot to take it. I feel they should put it in the bag. Ive started the stamps as they provide it "hence the re-ordering", but Im not getting the drink nearly every time. How is this possible?

Kebab & chips were completely cold & soggy. Took so long, it must have just been sitting at the restaurant! Cheese & tabouli were also missing, despite adding to the order. Size of the kebab was unimpressive, making the price of combo meal a complete rip off.

Not sure how late it was in reality, but at least 10 mins from the original time and the food was not hot. However, i was never shown a driver tracker as it just said 'driver at restaurant.'
