Order was placed at 5.09pm. I received it at 6.26pm. The food was stone cold. The receipts attached to the pizza showed it was accepted at 5.09pm. The pizza place was showing as open at the time, and it a km away.

Really? I ordered this for my daughter, and told her it was coming. She kept watching...and finally found the pizza in the garden bed on the ground! Appalling.
