menulogs service was very poor. tried to cancel order after an hour but wasn't able to get a refund due to the resturant having the food ready on time. menulog eventually delivered nearly 3 hours after the order was placed. very disappointing. if you can't offer the service in a timely matter, don't. A refund should have been made available.

We are very sorry for the delivery service, as Menulog is a seperate business to us, we Lalin Thai kitchen can’t control the delivery and drivers, we did contact menulog for you to try and follow up and they couldn’t do much but we told them to contact you (hopefully they did). These reviews are only meant for the food, but please write a review on Menulog themselves, so they can further look into this issue, sorry again 🙏
