hey guys, this is the second time you have forgotten to send the extra pistachio nuts which I have paid for, I even sent you a reminder with the order so that you wouldn't forget this time & still did, I'd like a refund for both times you forgot to include the extra pistachio nuts, after all I did pay for them & didn't receive them
