The worst experience with a food courier service I have ever had. Ordered at 7.39 - the food was ready at the restaurant quickly but was not picked up by a courier until over an hour later. During all that time the app kept saying the courier was at the restaurant. Upon the order supposedly being picked up.I was given an ETA of 9.04. it did not arrive until 9.33. The courier did not buzz to be let upstairs as usual. They left it outside our complex at the wrong entrance. Disgraceful service.
