Ordering and collection was fine... but rice was partly cold, and neither meal had any heat (temperature nor spice). It was picked up on time, just not kept hot or cooked fresh?

Ordered at 5:25pm. Multiple delivery times stated starting from 5:35 - 5:55 blowing out to be delivered at 6:25, one hour after ordering. The site also stated the driver was at the restaurant ready to take delivery approx 45 minutes prior to it leaving the restaurant. Food was only just warm upon arrival. Very disappointing. Last time I ordered my food was left at the bottom of the stairs with no notification. I have no idea how long it had been there. Won’t be ordering again.
