you guys missed some of the ingredients. I ordered 1 scoop of vanilla and chocolate you guys just gave me both vanilla. Then missed out on delivering the extra milk chocolate container that came with it.

Had coffees delivered instead of the hot chocolates we had ordered, with a note saying they were out of hot chocolate and so would be providing cap instead. Rang to question and was told this was not true, they did have hot choc. There seem to be issues every time we order from Max Brenner. Will not be ordering again.

Driver should may have knocked or something to let us know the food had actually arrived other than that everything was great :)

We didn't receive all the ordered items however we rang the store and they confirmed they had not made all of the items yet for the delivery driver. Not sure if the delivery driver needed to check all the items or if the store had to so that, or if the store needed to ensure all of the items had been checked before handing the bag to the driver/rider.
