driver decided to take my food with him to get parts for his dashcam. my food took over 10 minutes to travel 3. rejected and driver left his rubbish Food safety guidelines not adhered to.

seems your driver follows maps instead of looking at alternative routes. he took too long and your app is not installed location. your driver need to accept delivery and leave, not then sit in his car looking at the best route. they can do that while waiting for the order. fries cold again. get it out of an air-conditioned vehicle. Air conditioning cools the food. supply thermal boxes that keep warm using USB or cigarette lighter outlet. 21st century, not 1995.
