fries are all soggy. ice on iced coffee all melted leaving odd taste on the coffee. order estimate keeps on changing making it late for over 45 mins

Food is cold. Driver did not put the food in a hot bag. We saw him just take it off his front seat. How long did he sit in his car with our food before delivering it. He did not care when I said it should have been in a hot bag. I’m not happy. I’d like a refund on this as half of it has gone in the bin. I will not be ordering through menulog again
