    delivery time changed from the original time to Boat starts. coffee was cold, no sugar, no option to add sugar or make extra hot

    The courier msgd he's been in an accident. He had to go Sunshine Police Station. I persisted for Menulog to send another courier but you lied and said my order was on its way, but No it was NOT!! The courier arrived apologising n still shook up from his accident. Menulog needs to have a backup plan when unexpected things happen. So better people do better!!

    I was missing almost my whole order and only received two large chips and I was waiting so long for only two large chips, I didn’t even get a call, message or note as to why they couldn’t make my order and I haven’t been compensated or got a refund yet.
