total time was 1hr and 10 minutes from time of order. we are only 5 minutes away. the food was cold. the burgers were in the same bag as the sundaes and the cold drinks. please also have an ability for us to move the location of the pin nearer to where we are.

I rang the store to get the missing quarter pounder as I would go and pick it up but they said no! Now I have a child crying because their burger is missing. I wont be using menulog again! I would like a full refund of the complete order.

2 missing items,food cold, no extra ketcup as ordered, shake melted. I don't know why they cannot get it right. Obviouly they prepare the drinks and possibly the food way before the driver gets to restaurant as we are o nly like 5 minutes drive away.
