    horrible experience. food is absolutely ruined due the ridiculous deleivery. all the warm food is cold and the shakes are melted. after waiting 1+ hours you would expect at least a decent meal

    driver did not read instructions at all. The driver was driving around looking for the house and wanted me to come outside to the back. Then wanted me to come to the street when the instructions clearly said to leave food infront of the door. Driver also wanted my address. Not sure why as it should be on the order already. Lastly I said do NOT knock on the door to which the driver knocked twice on the door and woke up my child. Very poor service and I'm a very unhappy customer. chat screenshottd
