Tracking showed orde delivered but it hadn't. I report I took a walk around the property/block of flats and found my order had been left on the letterboxes at front of property...nowhere near my flat! My instructions for delivery are clear (end of building, up stairs & leave at FRONT DOOR). Menulog delivery person ignored instructions & were so lazy and apathetic about their job they just dumped the order where I wouldn't be able to find it!

I saw the delivery person walk in. BUT NOTHING! Cant they tell the Number 3??? THEN RING THE CORRESPONDING BUTTON??? I went down stairs. They left it outside!!! Was cold by the time I got it. COLD!!!

DIT NOT ARRIVE - DOORDASH REFUSED TO PROVIDE SUPPORT OR ANY SORT OF HELP. I was told “sorry we understand the inconvenience but there’s nothing we can do” What a joke this awful food delivery service is.

The chicken was undercooked, so we had to pan fry it before eating . And the large chips had 37 chips in one of the bags. My 6 yr old niece has the whole large bag .
