Waited half an hour for my order that I placed through Menulog, ended up going to the front counter to ask if it was ready yet and was told yes even though my order was still showing placed - not ready for collection. As I asked how long it had been sitting there waiting I was told atleast 10-15 minutes. My food was cold, not enjoyable. If my order was ready 10-15 minutes ago why wasn’t I notified it was ready for collection than sitting there waiting for no reason
