I'm not sure who thinks its a great idea to put a bottle of cold soft drink lying in a bag with a hot garlic bread...but this is what the driver handed me. Of course, the garlic bread was not even warm, and had far more condensation than usual and was soggy. I lived in New Farm when New York Slice first opened and have been living elsewhere for quite some time. So having the experience of New York Slice in my memory I was not expecting what i received. it was not remotely close. Its such a shame...they were once great pizzas.

Deceptive the 9inch pizza is more like 6inches the flavour mediocre this pizza does not taste like New York Pizza at all.

The food was never picked up - even though someone (the driver?) claimed it had been delivered. This led to a useless “conversation” with the help line — a bot I guess — that kept suggesting that the driver couldn’t find a ‘safe’ place to deliver the pizza, even though I keep saying that the pizza hadn’t even been picked up. This is unfair to a good restaurant that makes very nice pizza.
