Food was cold and stale. Delivery driver was good and fast. But food preparation was poor and over a hour wait

Mocha was small size cup and half spiled, crepe without ice-cream, I was calling the delivery driver to take the order off him he was going to another house when I clearly put the instructions on the delivery note

Very disappointing to say the least. Original delivery time kept going up in time and was 35 minutes after the original time. Delivery driver did not knock and no notification was sent, how is anyone meant to know there order has been delivered unless on the app?! Food was cold and fruit was old and soggy. Don’t know you can justify making people spend this money with these sort of food standards and customer service.

Worm or something in my strawberries 😭 I even gave some to my baby, I only just saw them when I have already eaten some. The crepes were amazing don’t get me wrong… but yeah the berries 🫣🥲
