Good was originally estimated to be delivered 6.35-6.55. Time kept changing and was delivered at 7.55pm. Fries were stone cold. Meals (signature wage and soft shell crab) were just warm. Chat was disconnected 3 times. I was offered $6.26 when order yet to arrive, then when arrived cold I was offered $5.25 as a credit. I asked it to be refunded to my card which apparently is not possible. This has been a really poor experience, the wait, the cold food and the 3 disconnects from chat.
