Asked for fresh and it most certainly is not fresh. Very dry and old products used including rice, soft shell crab etc. Advertise Karrage Chicken as 4 pieces, send 2. Advertise mini chickens with mayo, no mayo, just dry rice and dry chicken in Seaweed. I understand inflation but this is feral food that should have met the bin but they'll sneak to deliveries instead. These guys used to be great but they got their name up then went downhill. Not worth the money at all. Wouldn't give this to the homeless. Had to take it off of my child after tasting sour crab stick in California rolls.

Ordered at 2:58pm. Had to contact customer service to find out what was happening as the driver was at the restaurant with no movement for 45 mins. Restaurant wouldn't answer the phone. Got our abysmal food an hour and 20 minutes after ordering. Don't bother ordering here. The food isn't even worth that kind of wait on a Sunday afternoon.
